Mr. Zand is passionate about business. Zand’s success in real estate earned him a keen understanding and appreciation of the challenges facing homeowners today.  He has been described as an inspiring and persuasive leader and a good listener with a common-sense approach to problem solving - characteristics that have propelled him to the top time and time again. Mr. Zand’s greatest accomplishments to date however are his marriage to his wife of eleven years (as of 2011), Anne, and the birth of their beautiful son, Julian Alexander.
